What We Offer

Over ten years we’ve built our own accounting firm, a venture capital vehicle, in-house legal support, and government financing relationships. Every founder who works with us gets access to all of it.

Incubation

Stages that follow the company instead of a calendar. Founders come in with an idea, a product close to launch, or traction and a raise ahead of them, and they stay as long as the company needs us.

Mentors

Strategy, investor readiness, and fractional leadership from people who have already built and sold companies. Many sit with the same founder month after month.

The Startup Kit

One package that gets a company off the ground: incorporation, legal structure, IP search, and employee agreements from our in-house lawyer. Our accounting firm sets up the books and the financial model, then finds the government programs the company qualifies for.

Funding

Our own venture capital vehicle behind the raise, and ten years spent inside Canada’s government financing programs. We find the grants, credits, and loans a company qualifies for, then do the paperwork to claim them.

Landing in Canada

Founders arriving from abroad land into a company that is already incorporated, banked, and on the books. Fifty of our portfolio companies are working through permanent residency now, and once they are here they are clients like any other.

Workspace

Private offices, coworking desks, and meeting rooms in our space in North Vancouver. The space runs a full calendar of founder events, including a monthly pitch night in front of local angel investors.

Programs

Accounting, HR, and technology programs taught by the people who run those functions inside our own companies. The curriculum comes from problems they have already solved.

Mentors

Every mentor here has built, raised, or exited a company of their own. What they offer founders is guidance, relationships, and insight earned by doing it themselves.
