A space where founders and the people who help them build work side by side
Private offices, dedicated desks and hot desks on the North Vancouver waterfront, in a building where the accountants, the lawyer and the mentors work with the companies around you.
Bringing the right people into the same room
We built this space on the idea that founders need more than somewhere to sit. They need people who have already built a company within reach, a room to put an idea in front of investors, and the accounting and legal work happening a few doors down rather than at the end of an email chain.
Aragon’s accounting firm, our lawyer and our mentors all work here. The person who can answer your incorporation question is a few steps away, and the founder who solved your problem six months ago is probably at the next desk. Walls move and seating adapts, so the space runs a morning of focused work and an evening event without being two different places.
Designed around the companies in it
Founders, investors, mentors and our own firms share this space, and the calendar is what turns that into something useful.
Networking
Evenings that put founders, investors and operators in the same room.
Workshops
Working sessions on the things that decide whether a company scales.
Meetups
Smaller groups gathering around a shared technical or creative interest.
Pitch Nights
A monthly evening where founders present to local angel investors and peers.
The Community
Whether you’re a founder working alone, a team of ten, or an organisation looking for a room, there’s a way to use the space. Offices run from a single desk to a suite for twelve, and everyone gets the same access to the lounge, the meeting rooms and the calendar.

What This Space Is Good For
Getting a company off the ground
The lawyer who incorporates you and the accountants who set up your books work in this building, so founders sort out structure and financials without going anywhere.
Putting your idea in front of investors
Our monthly pitch night brings local angel investors into the room, and getting on the list doesn’t take a warm introduction.
Running your own event
Organisations have held workshops, training sessions and networking nights here, in a room that takes 250 with the tech and hospitality handled.
Located on the Harbourside Waterfront
We’re in Harbourside, a waterfront office park on Burrard Inlet looking across at downtown Vancouver and back at the North Shore mountains. It’s one of the quieter places in Metro Vancouver to run a company, and one of the few where you can walk out of a meeting onto the seawall.
The district around it is being rebuilt. Concert Properties is partway through a $400 million redevelopment of the twelve acres next door: eighteen buildings, homes, offices and retail, a new public park, extended waterfront boardwalks and an upgraded Spirit Trail running past outside. The Burrard Yacht Club is our neighbour to the east, and Lower Lonsdale and the Shipyards are a few minutes down the water.

The 231 stops a two-minute walk away and runs straight to Lonsdale Quay, where the SeaBus crosses to Waterfront Station in twelve minutes. That puts downtown Vancouver, both SkyTrain lines and the Canada Line out to the airport within half an hour of your desk. The R2 RapidBus along Marine Drive connects Park Royal, Lonsdale Quay and Phibbs Exchange, and the Spirit Trail runs along the waterfront outside if you’d rather cycle or walk.
Unlike downtown, there’s parking on site, free for fixed desk and private office members. Lower Lonsdale and the Shipyards are a short trip away for restaurants, bars and coffee, and MacKay and Waterfront parks are on the doorstep.
