About the course
Adding AI to a product has become a common instruction and a common way to lose two quarters. The technology is accessible now. Deciding where it genuinely earns its place, what it costs to run at volume, and how to ship it without rebuilding the company around it is the harder part.
This program covers doing it deliberately. You will work through where a model adds real value against where it is decoration, embed AI into an actual product feature including the path for when the output is wrong, and automate internal operations where the return is clearest. It then covers the infrastructure side: cost, latency, evaluation and monitoring, and what scaling an AI system actually requires. The program closes on real product examples, including ones where the integration did not work.
Taught by mentors who have shipped these features in production rather than prototyped them. It is built for founders and product leads with a live product, technical background or not.
What Participants Will Learn
- Identifying AI use cases worth building
Product integration and feature design - Workflow and operations automation
- Infrastructure, cost and evaluation

- Practical applications against marketing claims
- Build, buy, or call an API, and what each costs at your volume
Module 2: Identifying Use Cases

- Embedding AI into a feature users rely on
- Designing for output that is sometimes wrong, including the fallback
Module 4: Workflow Automation
- Internal operations: support, sales and tooling
- What stays under human judgment
Module 5: Scaling AI Systems
- Infrastructure, cost, latency and rate limits
- Evaluating quality before launch and monitoring it after
Module 6: Case Studies
- Real product examples, including the ones that did not work
- Data, privacy and customer consent in practice
Who it is for
Founders and product leads with a live product, technical background or not.
Founders in the Aragon portfolio take these courses as part of the work we already do with them. Courses are also open to founders and professionals outside the portfolio.
Bring your own roadmap. The sessions work through real products, and the more of yours you bring, the more useful the six modules are.
