About the course

In most small companies, HR administration does not live in a system. It lives in an inbox, a shared drive and a spreadsheet of vacation days that one person maintains and nobody else trusts. It works until it does not, which is usually somewhere between the eighth and the fifteenth employee.

This program is about replacing that with something that runs on its own. You will audit where the hours actually go, choose tools that fit a company your size rather than an enterprise, and automate the repeating work: onboarding documents, accounts and equipment, time off requests, approvals and records. You will also connect HR to payroll and accounting so employee data is entered once instead of three times, and set the retention and e-signature practices that keep the company compliant in Canada.

Taught by the person who runs our HR and workforce programs, using the systems we run internally. It is built for founders, office managers and operations leads who own HR administration alongside another job.
